You can return the tires / products within 14 working days from the date of purchase, and to be eligible for the return, the tires or products must be in their original condition, unused in any way, not installed on the vehicle or tested in driving the vehicle, and must not have any damage, scratch, or harm. Additionally, the original invoice from Saeed Mohammed Al Omari Limited must be provided. When receiving the products, our specialized team will inspect the tires and assess their condition. If the return is approved, we will refund the money to your bank account or the original payment method you used. The refund process takes from 2 to 14 working days from the date of approval of the return. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund may take additional time according to the bank's policies. Any administrative fees—if applicable—will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the return request is rejected after inspection, the customer will be informed of the reasons. If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or refunded according to the company's policy and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company is not responsible for any damages or problems resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product by the customer. In case of return or exchange, the cost of shipping the tires, if any, or any costs related to the order will be deducted.
